If you have never had them, sprint at full throttle to your local Trader Joe's (I think World Market sells them too) to buy some. My favorite are the dark chocolate almond, but the milk chocolate macadamia are to die for as well. Lacey's Cookies are more candy than cookie, I think, but I'm not going to quibble about names for something so wonderful; I'm just going to focus on buying and eating them! I'm really curious about the recipe for these; I've never had anything like them and would like to know how they're made. If anyone has a recipe for them, please pass it along!
